Description
DECO GREEN LTD informs all interested and qualified candidates that the company is recruiting a Marketing and Customer Service Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for explaining the services offered by the company to clients, assisting customers with necessary information, and supporting the promotion of the company’s activities.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Explaining the services offered by DECO GREEN LTD to clients.
- Welcoming and assisting customers by providing accurate information about company services.
- Supporting marketing activities aimed at promoting the company’s services.
- Informing clients about where and how company services are provided.
- Collecting information from potential clients (customer leads).
- Using computer tools and other digital systems to provide quality customer service.
- Collaborating with other staff members to improve the company’s operations and service delivery.
Work Location
The selected candidate will work in the area where they live or in any location where the company assigns them, depending on where the company’s services are needed or where clients are located.
Requirements
- Academic qualifications ( A2, A1 ,A0 )
- Preferably in: Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Or other related business fields.
- Must be honest, responsible, and professional in conduct.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in the three commonly used languages in Rwanda (Kinyarwanda English French)
- Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and other basic digital tools).
- Must have strong communication and customer service skills
